Reference pressure transmitters ElMetro-Pascal-04
The principle of operation of the transducers is based on the use of the relationship between the measured pressure and the elastic deformation of the membrane of the sensing element. The measured pressure acts on the sensitive element of the transducer, which leads to the appearance of an electrical signal at its output. The electronic module of the converter amplifies the electrical signal and converts it, taking into account the temperature of the sensing element, into a measured value, available as a digital output signal.
The transducers consist of a sensing element and an electronic module housed in a metal case.
The converters have an open digital output communication protocol. To power the transducers and read the measured pressure value from the digital output of the transducer, the following are used:
- multifunctional calibrators ELMETRO-Pascal-03 (registration number in the federal information fund 73828-19), other similar devices with a compatible digital interface;
- a personal computer equipped with a USB port - together with a USB adapter and software (hereinafter referred to as software) "ARM-Pascal" or other software that provides interaction with converters.
Multifunctional calibrators ELMETRO-Pascal-03 do not introduce additional error when displaying the measured pressure value.
By design, the converters have versions that differ in the size of the housing, the number of pressure connection inputs and the number of interfaces.
The general view of the converters is shown in Figure 1. The scheme of sealing the converters against unauthorized access is shown in Figure 2. The sealing is carried out by the manufacturer.
