Stands for verification and calibration of pressure measuring instruments based on PACE-5000 and PACE-6000 automatic pressure controllers enable to automate verification and calibration of pressure gauges and other pressure measuring instruments within the ranges which differ from reproduction range of pressure calibrator-controller ElMetro-Pascal. Pressure reproduction rang of present stands could vary between 3.5 MPa and 21.0 MPa. At the same time a customer should remember to purchase a pneumatic power supply source. Supply package of the stand is agreed with a customer in dependence on required tasks.
Application features of pressure controller:
Pressure calibrator-controller ElMetro-Pascal with relative error 0.025% has four structural types which differ in pressure from 3.5 MPa to 0.2 MPa. Application of additional external pressure modules with γ = 0.075% enable verification of high-accuracy pressure gauges from 3.5 MPa to 25 kPa inclusive, including vacuum from -100 kPa to -40 kPa.
Analysis of pressure measuring instruments (PMI) carried out by ElMetro in dependence on ranges and quantity reveals that 65%...75% of PMI total number, which is run in oil & gas and petrochemical enterprises, fit operating range of pressure calibrator-controller ElMetro-Pascal.
In case a customer assigns a task of automated verification of pressure measuring instruments under 3.5 MPa pressure or automated verification of gauges with γ = 0.055%...0.065%, ElMetro company recommends to apply pressure controllers with 0.01%...0.015% accuracy: CPC-6000, CPC-8000, РАСЕ-5000, РАСЕ-6000 and other pressure controllers aimed at pressures above 21.0 MPa.

- Small error for measuring current which makes only 0.01% in case external resistance is not applied and is reduced to 4-20 mA range;
- Internal switch for 8 channels which means no external so-called scanners metrological characteristics of which are mostly unknown;
- Simultaneous verification of up to 8 PMIs is available in the stands without additional errors.
ARM Pascal software:
Brand-name software ARM Pascal executes following functions:
- control operation of pressure controllers and multichannel precise multimeter ElMetro-Kelvin;
- collect data of reference devices (pressure and current) and verified gauges, process and output data as a verification protocol in accordance to the determined procedure;
- manual data input of non-automated reference devices (FMS, pneumatic calibrator) for further processing.
